Membership Benefits & Details

• Chromotherapy Infrared Sauna: Each membership includes premium services such as water, towels, and disposable underwear for your comfort during every Chromotherapy Infrared Sauna session.

• Water will also be provided for Platinum LED Light Therapy and Compression Leg Therapy memberships.

Booking & Usage

To maintain the highest quality of service, all sessions must be pre-booked in advance; walk-ins are not accepted unless arranged ahead of time. Please note that any session exceeding the 30-minute time limit will result in the deduction of two sessions from your membership. In the event that you need to cancel, we request a 24-hour notice; failure to do so will result in the session being deducted from your membership.

Membership Flexibility

We understand that life can change, which is why we offer flexible options for our members:

• Freezing your membership: You may place your membership on hold for up to 6 months with a 7-day notice before your next billing cycle.

• Cancellation: Should you wish to cancel, simply inform us at least 7 days before your next scheduled payment.

Payments & Terms

Membership payments are conveniently processed automatically each month through your credit/debit card. Should there be any changes to your billing cycle or fees, you will be notified at least 7 days in advance.

Suspension & Termination

In the event of a serious breach of the membership agreement or if payments remain overdue for 30 days, Esthetics by Sandra Velandia reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership. Please be advised that all payments are non-refundable once made.

• Medical History: We prioritize your safety and comfort. Members must disclose any relevant medical conditions and, if necessary, obtain medical approval before using our services.

• Liability Waiver: The infrared sauna comes with inherent risks, such as dehydration or potential effects on pre-existing conditions. By signing, you acknowledge and accept responsibility, releasing us from liability.

• Non-Transferable: Membership is personal and non-transferable to others.
